“ I love Hot Bite! Every year at the end of school, me and my family go to Hot Bite as a tradition and there is a reason for this. Their food is superb, as is the service and atmosphere. The food doubtlessly leaves me filled, with a milkshake topping off a meal of a (large) burger and french fries perfectly. There is plenty of seating both inside and out, so that no matter the day one may go there to enjoy. The employees have always been helpful and seek to satisfy their customers. ”

“ Pretty happy with the new hot bite. New managment has it being run well. It's has a quaint atmosphere, with lovely harbor centered paintings on the walls. I'm in love with how clean it looks. The customer service is excellent, good communication, friendly workers who are efficient and get the food out in good time. The food is a bit pricey, but pretty on par with everywhere else in town. Only one or two places I can think of that'd be a few bucks cheaper. The quality of the ingredients is noticeably better and I feel that has an impact on the price. Overall, I'm relieved a beloved Juneau gem seems to finally be under healthy management. ”
